All UC Santa Cruz CruzMail accounts will migrate to Google Mail beginning on November 11, 2011.  Please follow each step in the instructions below to prepare for migration.

Before November 10:

• Step A. Copy email files that won't be migrated to Google

Before November 7:

• Step B. Remove your UCSC email address from any pre-existing Google account
• Step C. Test CruzID Blue access / Reset Password

After November 11

• Step D. Access Google Mail with a web browser

After November 14

• Step E. Change your settings in email application
• Step F. Review troubleshooting guide
• Step G  Useful Features
